Registration Requirements:

Obtaining a Registration Form:

o  If you have entered before, one will be sent to you with a fair catalog.

o  If you did not receive a catalog, download your registration form below.

 

Filling Out a Livestock Registration Form:

o  Under “Summary of Entries,” when totaling entry fees, only count an animal in the 4-H/FFA Division if it is NOT also entered in the Open Division.

o  Department = one or two digit number

o  Section = letter

o  Class = three, four, or five digit number*

o  Description = the exact (or closely abbreviated) description listed in the catalog
