Entry & Removal Times:

Arrival	Removal
Friday,  August 13, 2010 On grounds by 10:00 a.m. Testing from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.	Saturday, August 21, 2010 10:00 – 11:00 p.m. or Sunday, August 22, 2010 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Livestock being shown at another bonafide Agricultural or 4-H Fair will be permitted to come late provided:

1. A written request is made at the time of entry.
2. The livestock arrive at the Prince William County Fair within 24 hours of release from the other Fair.

Special Awards:

Departments 6 & 24, Poultry: Given by Between the Rivers Poultry & Game Birds Trophy to each of the Grand Champions and Supreme Champion of both Open and 4-H Poultry
