Please note that our new online registration form is now interactive!  Be sure that after you have filled it out you print 2 copies

  • If you are pre-registering: send one copy to the fair and keep the other copy to bring with you on entry day: Thursday, August 12 and/or Tuesday August 17, 2010.
  • If you are registering at the fair: bring both copies with you on entry day: Thursday, August 12 and/or Tuesday August 17, 2010.  One copy you will turn in at the registration booth and one you will take with you to the each department as you enter your items.

Pre-registration:

  • Pre-registration is not required.
  • If you choose to pre-register, mail your form to:
                    Prince William County Fair
                    P.O. Box 91
                    Manassas, VA 20108
  • Your pre-registration form must be postmarked no later than Friday, July 31, 2009.
  • Make sure that you keep a copy of your form: you will need this when you enter your item(s).
  • If it’s not required, why should I pre-register?
  1. It’s faster for you: you can skip certain steps during the entry process.
  2. It’s more efficient for us: entering information into our system early expedites our entire process – meaning that the fair runs smoothly and your premiums are ready earlier!

Entry Day Registration:

  • Items not pre-registered may be registered on site the same day you enter them, see Entry & Removal Dates on the Home Arts page.
  • Registration Forms may be filled out at the Fair however, it will be much easier to have your form(s) completed before you arrive.
  • Forms will be provided if you do not have any.

Entry Process:

  1. Upon arriving at the Fairgrounds, find a Registration Booth at one of the main entrances to the Home Arts Aluminum or Block Buildings, see Fairgrounds Map.
  2. Give your completed form to the booth attendant and he or she will punch it, keep the white copy, and return the additional copy to you for use in entering your item(s).
  3. Take your item(s) to the appropriate Department(s).  Your exhibits will be tagged and a claim check given to you.  Keep this ticket: it is required to retrieve your items, see Entry & Removal Dates on the Home Arts page.
  4. After entering, Exhibitor Passes may be purchased in the front of the Block Home Arts Building, see General Rules.
